A Chartered Accountant and Registered Valuer by profession, Aparna Khatri has close to two decades of post qualification experience, including more than a decade in Big 4 Accounting Firms. She has handled assignments spanning from domestic tax to international tax, including Transfer Pricing. She has assisted clients on taxation aspects ranging from pre-set up advisory, to structuring, implementation   and   ongoing   compliance.   Business   transfer   advisory   to   due   diligence   and implementation, services and intangibles benchmarking including advising and defending clients on AMP related aspects, inter-company transactions policy setting including for value chain structures spread across entities are some of the projects she has handled. She has also been involved in Tax Office representation all the way up to the appellate forum and before the Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) authorities. Her client service experience spans across MNCs, both Indian and overseas, across   industries   like   Media   &   Entertainment, Telecom, Software   Services   and Manufacturing to name a few. More recently, she has added Valuation to her set of proficiencies. Her articles have been published by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India three times in a row in their esteemed publication, “Valuation: Professionals’ Insight”.
