Bhavya is a rank holder Chartered Accountant with over 17 years rich experience in Transfer Pricing, International Tax and dispute resolution. She advises and represents various clients on income-tax matters with a focus on transfer pricing and international tax.  She has successfully argued and defended clients across Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Dispute Resolution Panel, Commissioner of Income Tax.

In her previous role she was Heading the Global Transfer Pricing Centre at Philips India. Where she was responsible for Global Transfer Pricing compliances and litigation support. She has also worked with PwC and E&Y earlier, where she has undertaken transfer pricing advisory, compliance and litigation for marquee clients.

She contributes monthly to the transfer pricing updates column in the ICAI newsletter and also actively writes articles in various journals.  She is also an active speaker at sessions in various Study circles of the ICAI on topics relating to tax litigation, transfer pricing and alternate dispute resolution. She has also attended International Tax Diploma course conducted by ICAI, holds a Certificate in Alternate Dispute Resolution from ICAI and is a trained commercial mediator from IICA.
